Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note: Potential delays due to harsh weather conditions, or postal service problems are outside of our control.

 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 12775 Millennium Drive, Suite 130, Playa Vista, CA 90094. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business days, or 2 business days if ordered on a Sunday. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 1pm - 5:30pm, Tuesday - Sunday(Store is closed on Mondays).
